Amazing, February 1, 2012 By  fashiongirl - See all my reviews This review is from: Jiffy Steamer Original Garment Steamer J2 (Kitchen) As a fashion student with extensive experience in retail, I would consider myself an authority on steamers and irons. I was able to get this steamer from the store I used to work at when they relocated. It heats up very quickly and is super easy to use. The only downside is that when you're steaming the base tends to move around a bit on its wheels, but I wouldn't let that deter you from purchasing it. Jiffy steamers are the best, and every retailer I've worked for uses Jiffy. They're well made and last for years. Mine has been in constant use, for hours every day to steam the clothes in the store, for about five years. Now I certainly don't use it as much as it was used in the store, but it's still in great condition. This steamer is a great investment. This review is from: Jiffy Steamer Original Garment Steamer J2 (Kitchen) This is the best gift you could ever buy for your fashionista! I purchased a Jiffy Steamer for my mom years ago and it stopped working after about seven years. I replaced it with a few "other" brands that were less sturdy. Those "other" brands didn't last more than a few months of daily use before they stopped steaming or the hose starting leaking. So, I was so excited when I found Jiffy on Amazon and so was my mom.
