I used it once and threw my old steamer out.

Before, I couldn't press a tie properly, now I can. Just in general, it's so much faster to use a steamer than an iron. It's great for a quick press on sport coat sleeves. It easily removes the wrinkles from the crotches of slacks. It doesn't put a dreaded shine on gabardine the way the iron did. And, it's great for disinfecting fabric items.

It works great, December 28, 2007 By This review is from: Jiffy J4000i Steamer (Kitchen) We love our steamer.... I dont have a problem using it but my husband does have a little trouble with his dress shirts but he is still learning.
Its been great for cleaning.. the only drawback I have found is the 5ft hose could be a little longer, 7ft would be perfect.
