It could be a little easier with better cord management. It's not ready to use out of the box because you are supposed to wash all the bonnets before you use them. I didn't, and I found out why you're supposed to. They left lint residue everywhere. Once they were washed the problem went away.

Good, useful product, but unfortunately, for me it is fairly useless without the missing pocket I need to use the cylinder wand as that was my main reason for ordering and would be my main use.
I ordered the same product the month before for my daughter to use in her new home and she loves it (no missing parts). So, I ordered this one for myself. The cylinder/wand attachment is the one used to clean around faucets and tight places in the kitchen and bathroom(s) and inside microwave and refrigerator. In other words, the most flexible and useful of the tools for this portable steamer, in my opinion.

After I hadn't used mine in a while, I got it out to use and the cap was like it was welded on. There was no way to unscrew it. No matter what I did, it wouldn't come off. I went to a fix it website and there were several people with the same problem. Some tried channel locks and some even broke the plastic. No wonder Shark doesn't have it on their website. If someone else has a solution, I would love it.
